Quotes:
Seldom in my lifetime
have I encountered such a multi-talented person such as Lila Zellet.
A singer, dancer and graphic artist, all of equal professional quality
along with a sensitivity and instinct for what is "ART".
Mariano Parra

Lila Zellet Elias,
is a passionate artist - brimming with talent
in many realms. She sings, she dances, she creates and her spirit
is boundless. She draws on her Romany roots and fuses her
talent and her cultural inheritance to create wonderful
and thought provoking performances.
Tayyar Akdeniz
Turkish Folk dancer & Musician, Turkey.
Lila Zellet is
a woman of the lungo drom & cante jondo!
Her home is her life and her life is her art... Lila's Romany and
Andalusian roots infuse her artistic soul as a visual artist,
singer, teacher, troupe leader, and gitana. She is the perfect student,
dedicated and hard working.... She is a born leader....
As a performer, Lila channels duende, igniting audiences with the
purity and passion of her fire! Her search for roots and meaning
creates honest & intentional movements. Her fussion of Flamenco
and Oriental dance and music with the Romany culture it sprang from,
makes her a visionary artist.... Faithful yet fresh, Lila honors
the old traditions of the past, and, dances us into the present
and future! She is a unique and contemporary artist for our time
I look forward to seeing her blossom…I am happy to help her
along the journey!
